We deliver anywhere in Bangladesh, and you pay the courier in cash when the parcel arrives. Nothing is charged before then.

Where we deliver

All 64 districts of Bangladesh. [to confirm: confirm nationwide coverage with the chosen courier — some remote upazilas may be excluded]

We do not ship outside Bangladesh at present. If you are abroad, you can still order to an address here — but payment is cash on delivery, so whoever receives the parcel pays for it.

Delivery charges

The market convention here is one rate inside Dhaka and another outside it, and that is what we intend to charge:

  • Inside Dhaka — ৳80, delivered in [to confirm: working days].
  • Outside Dhaka — ৳130, delivered in [to confirm: working days].

The exact charge is shown at checkout before you confirm the order, and is collected together with the order total when the parcel is handed over.

When your order goes out

Orders confirmed before 12 noon are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that go out the next day. We pack seven days a week; only public holidays add a day.

During Eid and other peak periods, delivery takes longer than usual across every courier in the country. We say so on the site when it applies.

We email you a confirmation as soon as your order is placed.

Paying at the door

Please have the exact amount ready. You may open the parcel and check the pair before you pay — [to confirm: confirm the courier permits open-box delivery; not all do, and it is a strong trust signal if ours does]. If it is the wrong item or visibly damaged, refuse it and pay nothing, then tell us.

If delivery fails

The courier attempts delivery [to confirm: number of attempts] times and calls the number on the order each time. If nobody is reachable the parcel comes back to us and we contact you to arrange another attempt. [to confirm: is a redelivery charged?]

Changing an address

Tell us before the parcel is dispatched and we will change it. Once it is with the courier the address is fixed.
