Every pair Hermizon sells is covered by a two-month replacement guarantee from the day it reaches you. It is not an optional extra and it costs nothing — it is the standard we hold our own work to.

What we guarantee

That the pair you receive is free of defects in materials and workmanship, and that it will not fail structurally in normal wear within 60 days. If it does, we replace it.

What counts as a defect

  • The sole separating from the upper.
  • Stitching failing along a seam.
  • A heel loosening, cracking or breaking under ordinary use.
  • A buckle, strap, zip, stud or other fitting breaking or coming away.
  • Embellishment — embroidery, zardozi, sequin, beadwork, crystal — detaching in normal wear.
  • Any fault that was already present when the parcel arrived.

What it does not cover

Wear is not failure. The guarantee does not cover the sole or heel tip wearing down, scuffs, creasing across the vamp, colour softening with use, or damage from water, heat, chemicals, accident or misuse. It also ends if the pair has been repaired or altered by anyone other than us.

Because every pair is finished by hand, small differences in colour, grain, texture and placement are normal and are not defects. Two pairs of the same style will not be identical, and that is the point of handmade work.

How to claim

Send your order number and clear photographs of the fault to info@hermizon.com, or WhatsApp them to +880 1866 765229. We reply within three working days. If we agree it is a defect, we arrange collection and send a replacement, at our cost.

A warranty claim is not the same thing as an exchange. If the pair is fine and the size is wrong, see the Exchange & Returns Policy.

Caring for your pair

  • Store in the box or the dust bag, away from direct sun.
  • Let a damp pair dry in the shade, never in the sun and never with heat.
  • Wipe leather and PU with a soft dry cloth; keep water off suede, velvet and embellishment.
  • Rotate pairs rather than wearing one every day — it roughly doubles their life.
