How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 5–7 working days. Orders confirmed before 12 noon leave our store the same day, and later orders go out the next day. We deliver to all 64 districts of Bangladesh for ৳80 inside Dhaka and ৳130 outside Dhaka.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes. Every order is cash on delivery: you pay the courier when the parcel arrives, and nothing is charged before. You can open the parcel and check your pair before you pay.
How do I find my size?
Every style comes in EU sizes 36 to 41. Measure your foot from heel to longest toe: 23.0 cm is size 36, 23.7 cm is 37, 24.3 cm is 38, 25.0 cm is 39, 25.7 cm is 40 and 26.3 cm is 41. If you are between sizes, take the larger one.
What if the size doesn’t fit?
You get one free exchange per order for a different size or a style of the same value. Ask within 7 days of delivery and keep the pair unworn outdoors, in its original box. You send it back at your own cost and we pay to send the new pair.
What if my shoes have a fault?
Every pair has a 2-month replacement guarantee against manufacturing faults, such as a sole coming apart, stitching failing or a loose heel. Send your order number and photos to info@hermizon.com or WhatsApp +880 1540 324544, and we will replace the pair.
Can I try the shoes in a store?
Yes. Visit us at Metro Shopping Mall, Shop #218 (Level 2), Dhanmondi, or at 237/1 Senpara Parbata, Mirpur 10, Dhaka.
