Offer Terms

These terms apply to every promotion, discount code, sale and campaign Hermizon runs, unless the campaign’s own terms say otherwise. Where they conflict, the campaign’s own terms win.

Using a code

• One discount code per order. Codes do not stack with each other unless we say so.
• A code must be entered at checkout — we cannot apply one to an order already placed.
• Codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
• A code is for the person it was issued to and may not be sold or transferred.

What is usually excluded

• The delivery charge, unless the offer is explicitly a free-delivery offer.
• Items already reduced in a sale, unless stated.
• Gift cards.

How a discount interacts with an exchange

If you exchange a discounted pair, the value we work from is what you actually paid, not the full price. If an exchange takes your order below the threshold that earned a discount or free delivery, we may adjust the difference. Your rights under the Warranty are unaffected by any discount.

Stock and duration

Offers run while stocks last and may end early. We may withdraw or change an offer at any time before you place an order; doing so does not affect an order already placed.

Fair use

We may cancel an order or void a code where we see abuse — bulk ordering for resale, repeated refusal of cash-on-delivery parcels, multiple accounts made to reuse a one-per-customer code, or a code obtained by error.

Errors

If a discount is published in error we are not obliged to honour it. We will tell you and let you confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it.
